Ullswater Hotel Rooms

The location is perfect. Clean bedding.

Nothing, unclean, we left at 5am due to some kind of room party the blasted music so loud, running up and down stairs, banging doors, shouting out the window to there mates outside, swearing, shouting, completely impossible to sleep. Tried calling reception but no one was there, no one answered our calls or emails, not heard anything from them at all. We booked for two nights, we didn't even get one. No refund offered or any contact at all. It's a complete dive and I'm shocked it's in business

The breakfast was very lacking with only cereal and toast, each day I went out for breakfast. That was a main con of the hotel.

The only thing that was good about the hotel that there is a short cut to the beach via the zig zag walkway.

Complaint/Review Example Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing. • The beds were in poor condition. • The carpet and the overall environment were dirty. • The condition of the hotel did not match the expectations or what was advertised. We had booked for 2 nights but stayed only 1, even though we had paid for both, as the conditions were not suitable for staying. It is truly inexplicable how such a place can be rented out in that state.

Such a nice spot but very very poorly managed. No answer on several phone call. Dirty .not enough toilet rolls and towels. Really shame. Charge more money rather being cheap. Great location. And car park was great.
